DIBOC FLOWERS offers fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, funeral and sympathy arrangements, chocolates, desserts, gift boxes, custom gifts, personalized products, and other specialty items. Many of our products are handcrafted, seasonal, perishable, custom-made, or prepared to order.

Substitutions may apply to flowers, greenery, vases, baskets, boxes, wrapping paper, ribbons, decorative accents, candles, keepsakes, chocolates, desserts, and other gift items.

Our goal is always to maintain the same overall style, value, and presentation shown in the selected product.

7. Chocolates, Desserts & Edible Items
DIBOC FLOWERS may offer chocolates, bonbons, strawberries, cream-based desserts, teas, beverages, and other edible items. Edible items may vary in flavor, color, decoration, packaging, or presentation based on availability.

Edible products are perishable and should be stored and consumed according to the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for proper storage after pickup or delivery.

8. Allergen Notice
Our chocolates, desserts, beverages, and edible gift items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, and other ingredients. Products may be prepared in areas where allergens are present.

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order. DIBOC FLOWERS cannot guarantee that any edible product is free from allergens or cross-contact.

9. Custom & Personalized Orders
DIBOC FLOWERS may offer custom products, personalized chocolates, custom ribbons, printed photos, logos, event designs, custom centerpieces, custom gift baskets, funeral tributes, and other made-to-order items.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, messages, photos, logos, ribbon text, delivery details, design instructions, and any other customization information.

DIBOC FLOWERS is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect names, poor-quality images, low-resolution files, or other mistakes submitted by the customer.

By submitting photos, logos, artwork, text, or other custom materials, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and authorize DIBOC FLOWERS to use them for the purpose of creating your order.

Custom and personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or changes once design, sourcing, preparation, printing, or production has begun.

10. Delivery & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery or pickup information, including recipient name, sender name, address, phone number, delivery date, business name, apartment or suite number, gate code, service time, and any special instructions.

Delivery windows are estimates unless DIBOC FLOWERS specifically confirms an exact time in writing. We make reasonable efforts to deliver on the selected date and within the requested window, but delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, incorrect information, recipient availability, building access, venue restrictions, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

If the recipient is unavailable, DIBOC FLOWERS may, depending on the circumstances, contact the sender or recipient, leave the order in a safe location, deliver to a front desk or reception area, attempt redelivery for an additional fee, or return the item to our shop.

DIBOC FLOWERS is not responsible for theft, damage, weather exposure, or product quality issues after an item has been delivered, left in a safe location, accepted by a recipient, accepted by a venue, or picked up by the customer.

11. Funeral, Memorial & Event Orders
For funeral, memorial, sympathy, celebration-of-life, and event orders, customers must provide accurate service or event details, including service date, service time, venue name, delivery address, recipient or family name, room name, funeral home name, and card message.

We recommend placing funeral and event orders as early as possible to allow proper scheduling, sourcing, and design preparation.

DIBOC FLOWERS is not responsible for late or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect service details, changed service times, venue restrictions, missing recipient information, or incomplete delivery instructions.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many DIBOC FLOWERS products are fresh, perishable, handcrafted, custom-made, or prepared to order, cancellations and changes are limited.

Orders may be canceled or changed only if sourcing, design, preparation, personalization, or production has not begun.

Same-day orders, custom orders, personalized items, printed chocolates, custom ribbons, funeral pieces, event orders, desserts, edible items, and other perishable products may be non-refundable once accepted, prepared, or in progress.

13. Refunds, Replacements & Order Issues
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact DIBOC FLOWERS within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Photos may be required so we can review the concern.

Depending on the situation, DIBOC FLOWERS may offer a correction, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements may not be available for issues caused by incorrect customer information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, improper storage, failure to follow care instructions, weather exposure after delivery, customer handling, or circumstances outside our control.

Fresh flowers, chocolates, desserts, and other perishable items are time-sensitive and may naturally change in appearance after delivery or pickup.

14. Gift Messages & Submitted Content
Customers may provide gift messages, notes, names, and personalization text. DIBOC FLOWERS reserves the right to decline or edit content that is offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable.

DIBOC FLOWERS is not responsible for errors in messages or personalization details submitted by the customer.

15. Marketing Emails & Text Messages
If you choose to sign up for email or text updates, DIBOC FLOWERS may send you announcements, sales, promotions, product updates, and other marketing messages based on the preferences you selected.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP or by contacting us.
